Hi Karen,

 

Unfortunately we have had some complaints in relation to the loudness
and lateness of the music in the piazza when the dancers perform.

 

Given that it is a week night and that you begin at 7.30pm we will
require that, in the future, the evening's performance finishes by 10pm.
This will still give the dancers 2 and a half hours to dance and will
keep the residents happier.  Thanks for your understanding in this
matter. 

 

Can you also pass on to your dancers that no alcohol should be consumed
in the piazza.
