Dear Tangueros


Annual General Meeting


Tango Synergy is due to have its AGM and here is your opportunity to bring
some new blood and ideas into the committee.


All members are welcome to nominate themselves or another member for any of
the 4 available positions – President, Vice President, Secretary and
Treasurer.


There are a number of events Tango Synergy wish to repeat ie The Carrington
Hotel & Bundanoon weekends were a roaring success, but there are definitely
room for many more. There’s nothing like creating a space that so many
people enjoy.


The venue for this meeting is one of the restaurants (tba) in the Italian
Leichhardt Forum on 6th February 
(which is followed by the milonga in the piazza)


Time: 6pm

Wednesday night Practica this week at Mr Marys


You have a treat in store for you this week with Rebecca being the DJ and
providing you with tango music delights. This practica is one of Sydney’s
best kept secrets, and provides a range of music from golden era to Nuevo.


Time: 8pm – midnight
DJ:     Rebecca has spent hours putting together a playlist for our
enjoyment
Cost:  $5 or free to members who purchase dinner.
